Sketch Duel is a real-time drawing and guessing game for two. One of you draws a secret word while the other watches every stroke appear live and types guesses. The faster the right answer lands, the more points you both earn. Then you swap, so each round you both get to draw once.
A correct guess scores up to 500 points for the guesser, depending on how much time is left, and never less than 50. The drawer gets 150 points whenever their drawing is guessed, so a clear sketch pays off for both of you. Medium words multiply both players' points by 1.5 and hard words by 2, so a quickly guessed hard word is worth up to 1,000 points.
Drawing for someone you know well is its own inside joke. You'll learn how your partner draws a cat, which shortcuts they understand instantly, and which words turn you both into abstract artists. It works just as well on the same sofa as across time zones.
How long does a game take? Around 5 minutes for 3 rounds at 60
seconds, up to about 30 minutes for 7 rounds at 120 seconds.
Do we need to be good at drawing? Not at all. Stick figures and
arrows work fine, and the worst drawings are usually the funniest part.
Do words repeat? Not within the same session, even when you play
again in the same room.
Sketch Duel is free, with no download or account needed. Available on the web and Google Play.
